Dasmanil Tablet is a multi-action prescription-only bronchodilator and antihistamine used to relieve and prevent symptoms of bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema. It works by opening narrowed airways (bronchodilation) and addressing underlying congestion or allergic reactions. Dasmanil Tablet contains the following actives

Theophylline A bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles of the airways (bronchial tubes), reducing inflammation to improve airflow and ease breathing

Ephedrine Hydrochloride : A decongestant and nervous system stimulant that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages and further opens airways.

Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine—a chemical the body produces during allergic reactions. It controls sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
