Genxil-D is a non-drowsy expectorant cough syrup. It is primarily used for the daytime relief of chesty (productive) coughs, nasal congestion, and cold or allergy symptoms. It works by thinning mucus and phlegm to make breathing easier and coughing more productive. It contains the following Active Ingredients

Cetirizine Hydrochloride: An antihistamine that relieves allergy and cold symptoms (like sneezing and a runny nose) without causing drowsiness.

Ammonium Chloride & Sodium Citrate: Expectorants that help loosen and thin mucus in the airways.

Ephedrine Hydrochloride: A decongestant that helps clear nasal and chest congestion by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages.

Menthol: Provides a soothing, cooling sensation to the throat.
