Genzil N is an expectorant and antihistamine cough syrup formulated to relieve chesty coughs, nasal congestion, and allergy symptoms like runny nose and sneezing. It helps thin mucus to make coughing productive and is often taken at night due to its calming effect.

It contains the following Active Ingredients

Chlorphenamine Maleate: sedating (drowsy) antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions like hay fever, hives (urticaria), insect bites, and food or drug reactions

Ammonium Chloride & Sodium Citrate: Expectorants that help loosen and thin mucus in the airways.

Ephedrine Hydrochloride: A decongestant that helps clear nasal and chest congestion by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages.

Menthol: Provides a soothing, cooling sensation to the throat.
